Boston Pizza

I am in my vehicle in a parking lot that shares a specific roadside mall location with Boston Pizza in Michigan, as I write this! The app ONLY HAS LISTED LOCATIONS IN CANADA AND MEXICO! 🤨. Good luck trying to do an online order if you are in the United States! Apparently, Boston Pizza corporate management employees need to have several proctologists on staff in the Boston Pizza Corporate Headquarters, in order for the corporate managers to get their heads out of their butts, to make sure their own business app has ALL THEIR RESTAURANT LOCATIONS ADDED TO IT! You cannot blame LACK OF INDIVIDUAL BAD MANAGEMENT SKILLS on regular employees! No! IT IS PART OF MANAGEMENT’S ADVERTISING RESPONSIBILITIES TO MAKE SURE ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS CAN LOCATE EACH OF YOUR BUSINESS LOCATIONS VIA YOUR OWN BUSINESS APP! (If no individual manager in any business is capable of opening their business app to make sure the app is programmed correctly, what other good business conduct are those individual managers INCAPABLE of exhibiting? It should NEVER be the “responsibility” of a business’s customers or potential customers to tell a group of corporate managers to “VET YIUR OWN APP ON A DAILY BASIS TO MAKE SURE IT IS PROPERLY MARKETING ALL OF YOUR BUSINESS LOCATIONS CORRECTLY! 🤨 That should be an ingrained thought of any business’s “Sales & Marketing Department’s” management and directors.

The ordering process is very clear but once you’ve placed it, following the progress of the order is missing. To follow my delivery order I need to trust that the time they indicate at the order completion stage will be the true delivery time. Lots of factors can influence the true time of delivery. I can’t see the progress nor where they are delivering it. I travel therefore my delivery address changes all the time. I wanted to double check if I had the right delivery address and I couldn’t do that once the order process is finished. Just a suggestion on how to improve this.

TI wish it was easier to sign in with passwords. I have special needs and passwords are hard for me!
