Please avoid this company at all costs. They have wasted a significant amount of my time and money. Due to repeated issues on their end, my car was left completely undrivable for nearly a week, and then the exact same problem occurred again, leaving me without a vehicle for several additional weeks. The customer service has been extremely disappointing. Responses were very slow, communication was unclear, and I was never given a proper explanation for why this kept happening or how it would be prevented in the future. Being without a car for this long should be treated as a serious matter, but it never felt like a priority. Because of the ongoing impact and lack of resolution, I am now debating my options moving forward, including whether further action is necessary. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and unacceptable experience, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value reliability and responsive support.

I've been extremely happy with the bootmod3 ECU tune, and the iOS app is a huge part of that. The installation process was surprisingly simple and straightforward, all done right from my phone. The performance gains are fantastic and have completely transformed my car. When I did encounter an issue and got a check engine light, the support team was amazing. They were incredibly responsive and helped me troubleshoot and resolve the problem quickly. It's a great product backed by a great team. It’s wild how much an off the shelf tune from bootmod wakes up these cars. They should come like this from the factory it seriously woke up my 535i and opened my eyes on tuning. The first flash from stock takes a few minutes then it’s so quick afterwards. I’m now running e30 on mine and BM3 support is amazing , serge takes a lot of questions coming from a previous supercharged Tacoma owner who knows very little about bmw. Answers all my questions and directs me where and how to and it’s a breeze. Remember this review when you buy this for your bmw/supra/mini and don’t beat yourself up for not getting it earlier
