BNTO

I used Nuuly last month, but BNTO is more my vibe and wanted to give both a try. Spent tons of time picking out a bunch of cool stuff, but out of probably 150+ different items I saved to capsules from a multitude of brands, maybe 20 were actually available to rent in my size (M/L) and all random stuff - like I’m not going to rent 4 pairs of jeans that all look the same and a bag for $100. I’ve been sitting on this app for months, convincing myself it was worth the money. And I am inundated with your ads on social media daily. So, I was disappointed to not be able to rent something I liked, especially when I had just saved so many options. I know you are moving warehouses so my hope is that you have plans for a big inventory increase. And kudos because the shortage issue is likely due to growing popularity and that’s an awesome problem to have. However, I can only assume that a lot of potential subscribers are experiencing the same and taking their money to Nuuly, which is a bummer because your clothes are 100x better 😢

I’m on both Nuuly and bnto. The former has more inventory in my size, the latter really gets the styles right and I definitely get a lot more compliments from my bnto pieces. Shipping speed is about the same for me. I’m happy using both and not needing to shop for anything except occasionally keeping my rental items. The app seems to update so often that I’m downloading a new version every month. There is this new AI button on every product image and I wasn’t sure what it was for at first, but now I use the ‘style it with’ button and ‘swap’ button all the time. It’s done by their AI stylist so not always perfect but definitely very inspiring for me. Wish there were avatars for me to virtually try on the looks.

I am a sucker for these subscriptions - I love finding new brands and this is a great way - let me Say, I think BNTO has the best box out there right now for women's apparel & some accessories (bags are dynamite) gives Nuuly a run for its money and is like awarding bonus credits to use to purchase the items and they have a nice price range , a lot is ~$150-$200 but quality is great and customer service is great too. BNTO - try to keep things consistent - you have a great program right now with unlimited length of time to keep rental, under $100 a mo. And we get a lot $$ money back as shoppable credits. I really love This program !
