This is the best app I have try it shows you what you need and encourages you to loss/ gain weight.
I downloaded the app and immediately when I went to enter my height of 5’11, I noticed that it wasn’t an option. The height in inches only goes up to 9. Not sure if whoever designed this knows how the imperial system works, but there’s 12 inches in a foot. I had the app downloaded for less than 5 minutes because how do you F-up this bad and not notice or fix it?!?!?!?!
This app is very easy to navigate. It also helps with meal plans and how much water to drink daily. I recommend this app to anyone who’s trying to lose weight.
