BlueNotify

Been waiting for this functionality from the native app, but this app works just as well for now. One request I’d have, allow keywords so you only get notified if an account mentions a certain word, or even blacklist words so you don’t get notifications for things you don’t want to see. That might help this remain a useful app even if the main app adds in notifications for posts

There are a few accounts I follow but because of the way Bluesky functions, I often miss their posts. This solves the problem effortlessly. My only suggestion to the dev team is to make it so the app itself doesn’t open every time you tap on the notification. Other than that, it’s great!

This app made switching easy! I get notified of every post that I want and you can tailor notifications for each account/person you follow. Highly recommend!! Bluesky gained too many users too quickly to implement the features that are on their roadmap, all focus is keeping their app up and running as the massive migration occurs. This app fills in the gap and has streamlined the process. There are no bugs or lag that I have experienced.
