This app is absolutely incredible! It strikes the perfect balance with its controls—intuitive, effortless, and never overwhelming. The voice is so natural and soothing, making every session feel deeply personal. But what truly sets this app apart is the way it tailors advice based on your prompts—it’s like having a meditation guide and a therapist in one. I just type out what I’m going through that day, and it responds with insights that actually help me process and cope—something I’ve never experienced with other guided meditations. The personalization is next level! Yes, it’s a paid app, but the yearly plan is beyond reasonable, especially compared to other meditation apps. Honestly, I can’t recommend this enough—LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this app! Huge shoutout to the developer(s) for creating something so special!
I entered a custom prompt, and the first time it gave me a “script generation error”. I tried it again and a session did begin normally, but the speaker has long pauses between saying one thing. The flow of the session does not feel engaging and natural. There can be a lot of improvements to optimize the sessions based on custom prompts. For example, adjusting the length of the underlying generated text so that it fits with the length of the session. Also, rather than single blob of text prompt, perhaps there can be several custom prompts for me to input whether I want the session to be wordy or mostly silent, what tone I want the session to carry, etc.
Ive been practicing meditation for many years and typically I no longer need any external help to meditate. I use Bliss Brain because it allows me to describe what I want in my meditation, how the place looks and how it feels and then these exact words are reproduced in my meditation. It’s feels so personal. I typically describe the places and moments where/when I was feeling happiness. AI meditation helps me revive and re-live these moments! And I love that they didn’t overcomplicated UI, it’s simple and contains just the right controls and options.
No two days are alike. Your meditation shouldn't be either. Bliss Brain creates a brand-new guided meditation every time you press play — tailored to...
