Blackfullness

I love this app and I’m so glad I downloaded it. It is very intentional and has become a part of my regular routine. However, I wish the images used were not ai generated. I see myself represented in this app in every way but the fake photos of Black folks. It would bring me joy to see photos of actually Black people meditating, smiling, and communing. Ai has done such environmental harm to Black communities and I hope the designers consider not using it in the future. Thank you for your work and the thought put into this app!

Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and get this app. There are short well done videos and mindfulness activities you can do anywhere at anytime. When your in the bed and don’t feel like getting up, at work when you need support, at home when you need relief and just everyday because LIFE!

What I love about this app is the variety of content that fits in with wherever I am, whatever I’m doing, and however I’m feeling. I can get an inspirational message to boost me up, I can get a breathing exercise to calm me down, and there’s additional content for everything in between!
