The order and capabilities on the app are fine however it doesn’t have good to order online, but you can’t get a single payment to go through. I always try to use Apple Pay and it has never once worked. It gives an error message that I need to change my shipping address. Makes absolute zero sense considering my information is my information and Biscuitville is not shipping… Then when trying to add my own card manually, I often get errors with that as well or in this case, loading a new card and ended up having to do it two times because it didn’t save it the first time. You have some work to do to make this app better?

I am so excited that Biscuitville now’s has app. I have been hoping they would get one. For fast food I prefer ordering online ahead of time. Just a heads up if you arrive any sooner than the pick up time they will not have it ready. The employees in store cannot even see what you order until 5 minutes before your scheduled pick up time. Make sure not to get upset up the employees because it is not something they can control. Great food and great service.

Why create an app for efficiency that makes it more difficult to get the food? I answered all the questions that felt like they could be default options and ordered food on the app. I went to pick up the food and the drive thru told me I couldn’t pick up mobile orders at drive thru and had to come inside. Then I went inside and waited by the mobile app orders here rack. After a while I asked if I was waiting in the right place and that’s when the lady began collecting my food and put it in a bag and gave it to me. The experience is only positive to the store and not at all to the app user. Why can’t I pick up at the drive thru? I used the app to order exactly what I want and get out quick. Why does a rack exist if the order isn’t made until the customer enters the store? If I order and pay in full there is no risk left to the store; make my food so I don’t have to wait. I’m uninstalling the app; completely useless to me and only made me wait for my food longer after jumping through far too many hoops. Ridiculous
