Ellianos Coffee

I’ve had the app for years and have never had a problem with it. Now, for some reason whenever I try to customize any drink, it freezes the entire screen and won’t let me back out without closing the entire app. This happens no matter what customization I choose. It’s very frustrating whenever specific deals are online only, but I can’t partake because my app glitches and locks my phone up. I’ve tried to delete it and redownload to make sure it was fully updated but nothing works.

The people in the customer service really make it happen. And the coffee is much better than other places nearby. And also the wide range of pastries and bagels and sandwiches and other drinks is amazing. I especially like the convenience of the app where I can pull up and get what I ordered without too much Waiting. It’s always something in life. And it’s very nice to have this place Ellianos where I can get a little bit of what I need once a day. It makes everything else go better.

I love Ellianos! And I love that Ellianos has stood up to Starbucks (we have both across from our subdivision & now Dutch Bros is joining lol). My only feedback is to expand the app. I would like to go in like on the Starbucks app and be able to see the calories and make adjustments to the drink. In the app it’s always been just to select the size. Thanks and keep up the great work!
