Not sure why I order on the app because they have never started working on the order until I come in and request the order (later than when it says it will be ready) - I think just ordering in person would be faster

FOOD IS GREAT!!! App is terrible. When ordering from the app, you cannot use ApplePay, gift cards don’t work and the credit card scan doesn’t work, so you have to type in manually. In 2025 it should take no effort on the customer side, for you to take my money. Also, stop charging extra fees, especially for me to order from the app, which makes things easier for you. Credit card fees are a scam. Everyone uses cards, build that into your business’s budget and STOP charging the customers for fees. UGH!

I love to see a small local Business thrive! Alpaca finally came to my hometown after driving 45 minutes to Knightdale for years now! This app makes it seamless to get my order quickly as there’s always a line at our location! I can’t be upset, it’s that good! 10/10 recommend the food and the app!
