The app looks beautiful, but the three plans are unbelievably expensive. I pay for pro level equipment and software so I’m not cheap. But these plans are unrealistically expensive for what they offer. Also be aware that the term ”AI”is plastered everywhere in software, apps, and services, and it is a feature option in one of the plans for this app. Don’t be fooled by it. Most AI is not very intelligent at all, and you will have to rewrite most of what it outputs. after using AI in my workflows from various providers over a few years, I have found AI to be so effectively useless, and cause for additional work to re-edit, that I never even use it anymore. It just creates more work than it covers. So the AI features in this app were not only unappealing to me, but I very seriously doubt they would ever be useful anyway. Just be aware of that. On a positive note, what little I saw within the app looks like the app is well constructed, and that there was thought put into the interface and user experience. I just thought the plans were unrealistically expensive and I’m not sure who those plans are formulated for. there are less expensive and more featured options out there that don’t require a smart phone, and most creators are using those. So if this isn’t marketed to actual creators, then who do they think would be willing to pay those prices?

I don’t understand why there’s certian bugs that make it unusable for a polished professional video. There’s like one part of the app that seems really beneficial and that’s adding the quotations and text on screen and for some reason there’s just glitches in segments that just don’t allow it to work properly- it works for like half the video and then suddenly you can’t add or fix quotations in individual segments, it crashes and I have to repeat the process over again. One particularly frustrating thing is that it’s a 60 dollar subscription by far one of the most expensive on the market- and I rationalized the purchase as a must have for my industry wants. There is one part that is late in the video where no matter what you type the time segment reader or however they manage individual segments to be picked up by the application, divides one section to be much longer and the words freeze on screen for a few minutes no matter how many times I try to fix this it’s just not fixable. It’s otherwise an app with amazing potential. I may come back to edit this but I even just updated the app thinking that would help but it didn’t it’s the same issue.

I’m not interested in becoming a tech wizard - I need a fast, reliable, user-friendly system that enables me to communicate effectively - and that’s precisely what BIGVU offers just for starters. It can also adjust the way I look and sound - quite literally making every day at least look and sound like my best day. Not so important in real life, irreplaceable in business. I’m grateful for BIGVU. You will be too.
