Betty's Burgers

Today was my first time trying Betty’s Burgers from the carousel store. As I am a big eater of fast food, this is the best burger I’ve had in a long time (Noosa Classic Surf with added beetroot and pineapple). I also ordered their onion rings which were so crispy yet the onion was soft. They were so huge and there were lots of them. Bradley took my order as they were very busy. For someone who is only 16, he was so polite and cheerful. When he smiled at me I could tell it was from his heart as his eyes lit up. While eating my meal, he was cleaning tables - not just removing rubbish but WIPING THEM TOO! He was even pushing the chairs back in. Well done Bradley and the staff of Betty’s Burgers Carousel 👍🤩😄

I’ve had this issue twice now that’s basically the same problem but in different parts of the app. When the last store I ordered from (Newstead) closed and I tried to order from a new store (Howard Smith Wharves), it came up with a error message to the effect saying that it couldn’t find my store and to please select another store, and when I hit “ok” it would just take me back to the last page rather than a page to select a new store. The only way to solve this was to delete the app, re-download it and re-log in and re-order everything from scratch. Similar issue happed when I had left a promotional burger in my basket (brazed pork belly burger). For whatever reason I didn’t complete the order, but a week or so later when I came back to order, it was still in the basket, and when I went to check out, I got an error message saying to the effect of “one of the items in your basket is no longer available” and hitting “ok” only bought me back to the previous screen, so once again, the only way to fix this was to delete, re-download, re-login and re-enter my order. Please fix this, would be much appreciated, thanks

When my mum was a kid, my grandparents had a holiday apartment in Noosa, Queensland. “Betty’s burgers” was a little kiosk. She tells me how her and her brothers and sister would go and get burgers each day - and my uncle had something like 10 burgers one time! Back then (this would’ve been in the 70’s I believe) the burgers were about $1 each. Anyway, my parents took my brothers and I to Noosa for the first time in 2018, and we discovered Betty’s Burgers still exists, but as a restaurant/franchise! The burgers are awesome, delicious and the service is always amazing! I’m so excited that there are Betty’s burgers in other places too, including in the CBD in Melbourne, at Flen Waverley and Chadstone! Now I want to try them all! I love Betty’s burgers!
