App update isssue

This Login issue needs to be fixed ASAP! I’ve been trying to contact support since Friday 19/09 evening, I still now am trying to contact support Sat 10:40pm and havnt got a hold of customer support. Every time I accidentally closed the app it completely restarts the “Chat” and given an estimate 3hr response window instead of a response directly to email. It now says “8hrs ago” since I sent my message for login support. Usually a reliable app in terms of cashing out. Always instant. Sometimes in the past my cash out amount could drop from $700 to $50 with no explanation (repayments on time. No negative factors connected to bank account like gambling, only 2 monthly subscriptions) and another time right before Christmas it dropped from $900 to $50 RIGHT BEFORE XMAS WEEK. This time with the update failed to login and cash out right when I was ready to make a purchase of an extra bed for guest to stay the weekend! Lucky they cancelled! It’s a good App but needs fixing ASAP

Screwed over

I began using BeforePay about 10 months ago and have made several withdrawals and have always successfully paid back. I have deferred a payment once maybe twice but never overdue. My beginning limit was $800 which then increased to $1000 and I never cashed out the limit. Suddenly when I went to cash out, my limit had decreased to $50. I sent an email and received a generic reasoning that they conduct reviews frequently, and I asked for further information. Finally someone got back to me and said my bank had become disconnected and they could reset it, all I had to do was re-enter my banking details and they would reset from their end after. I thought great, and my issues would be solved however after, my limit was still $50. I reached out yet again and received another email with the generic ‘we consider your spending habits blah blah’ and I again told them I wasn’t interested in reading it because I needed an actual reason that it had been decreased so dramatically. I was told they could conduct a review and when the results returned they said the limit was correct as I had existing debts: an outstanding Afterpay, which I had already paid off and my car loan, and their new update took these into consideration for the limit. Both of these I had when I began using BeforePay. I made a point to say my finances are actually better than when I started using BeforePay but they determined my spending habits too irresponsible. This my limit being decreased to $50. To say I’m disappointed is a massive understatement and I feel very cheated in that I’ve always been reliable in payments and was somewhat relying on securing this for a few upcoming payments. The customer service was repetitive and poor and I was not actually given an opportunity to justify expenses. Going from a limit of $1000 to $50 is just ridiculous. I’m really unhappy about it.

Quick approval process 👍

I’ve been using before pay since January 2021 and since then I have built up a good reputation paying back the loan in easy instalments and the company has since increased my loan to $500-$1k and the payments can be spread out in equal fortnightly payments and I have the option paying out the loan early which I normally do. I prefer to use this service as they don’t put a dent on my good credit score and the approval process and depositing of funds only takes less than 5mins. Customer service is very attentive and friendly and they are willing to answer any questions before you sign up. Thanks I will be using your service indefinitely.
