Highly recommend these people. Sure interest rate is a bit high but geez they go above and beyond to help. Communication is so easy and they full understand that everyone’s situation is different. I’ve nearly finished my loan and haven’t come across any issues.

Every time I go to apply for the wage advance I need to do the verification process when this used to be automatic when you logged into the app. Now getting an error message and can’t proceed past the verify me page. Used to be so easy to take these out but it’s now quite frustrating!

Never had an issue requesting Pay Advance before but in the last few days your app is not linking to bank accounts (ANZ). After submitting bank it just hangs and hangs and hangs.
