Bank With United

When the LGFCU was changed to Civic, it was very difficult to do any banking with Civic. I switched over to United and have never been sorry. Signing up for accounts getting debit cards getting account numbers to be able to share with Social Security and Medicare and Bill pay was extremely easy. Being able to do online banking was also extremely easy. What a difference between United Bank and Civic. Also nice to go into a branch and actually see a face and not have to wait online. There are also enough branches of United around that a bank is very easily accessible.

Why do people get so wrapped up in their own mind set that they do not bother to pay attention to what they are doing? This new update took away the ability to use the app in landscape mode. Not everyone is using online banking on his phone like a 17yr old at lunch break before class. Some of us use IPads like business people while we work…taking away this capability, or even worse not bothering to understand the use of this feature is surely a sign of dimwitted apathy. This certainly is a repudiation of the utter laziness of the people that put this together but also is intended as a personal indictment of the 30 something banker that could not take the time to understand what she or he was signing off on. Do better, be professional, earn your salary!

For the last 2+ weeks, both husband and I unable to use app. Keep getting error 0014. Called support, tried all different ways (reduced my storage by deleting rarely used apps, deleted old texts, etc). Nothing worked. Went to local bank; they put in a work order. Very frustrating; up until 2+ weeks ago, no issues with app. Really should be zero stars at this point. If not rectified, will have to change banks which is a real pain, but in this day and age, a functioning bank app is a necessity.
