Bank With United Business

So this app is a real pain in the ……..constantly making you change passwords that you have never, ever used so you can easily forget the new ones. On top of that trying to log in (commercial account) is ridiculously complex, having to know info that I have to flip through files to find. Deposits work fine, the balance is usually very correct, and it doesn’t crash, but for the above reasons I can’t give it more than 3 stars.

Jennifer, the third or fourth to try to help me was very helpful and knowledgeable and personable. Thanks Jennifer. Keep up the good work. The other people I spoke with were also very nice but due my hearing or their accents were unsuccessful.. They tried to help

This is by far the worst banking app I’ve used. I have a business account at United bank. The mobile deposits are spotty at best, most of the time it doesn’t work. The app gives the error that it cannot read the check, even with machine printed checks and bank billpay checks. The app constantly says it cannot find the endorsement even when using a stamped endorsement. You cannot access your bank statements in the app either. Having banked at Wells Fargo and Bank of America where I never had a problem making a mobile deposit, this has been a real source of frustration and disappointment with United bank business app. When running a business it’s important to be able to deposit your checks. I hope they’re working to improve this pitiful app.
