Bank Independent

I have been banking with Bank Independent since 2010 when my husband and I moved to this area. I have been extremely happy with the professional and extremely kind services that we have received throughout the years. The tellers are courteous and welcoming each time we’ve visited any of your branches. And the online banking is by far the best. Keep up the great work guys! Respectfully submitted Dianne P.

When I have need a loan I know Bank Independent will find a way to help me. I love how they are open into the evening and on Saturdays. Mobile banking is so easy - I can make a deposit or transfer in seconds with no problems. They always answer my questions and concerns immediately. I’ve never had an experience like this with another bank. Other banks said “No!” to everything. Other businesses and organizations can learn from Bank Independent.

Update: New update last night and as I suspected app worked again. After update 5 days ago, I can no longer use the app on my iPad. I open app and it appears as there is no data. When data appears , app automatically closes! Called customer service and was basically told my iPad was too old? Can’t believe that, seeing as I have no other issues, and am able to still update Apple software updates. Very disappointed.
