First Metro Bank

I sincerely hate the app now. It isn’t user friendly. When I pay a bill I would like to see the history and when I want to change an automatic payment. I can’t find it. It’s very frustrating.

The online banking app is much improved than what we have had for several years. Everything is so much easier five stars.

They’ve been the standard for excellent customer service with in-house expertise across all departments which is why we choose to trust them with our finances. This new app shows that they care about their customers in a new way. The app is seamless with functionality that punches way above what I’d expect from a local bank. This is awesome!
