Bajaj Health - for Doctor

I subscribed to Bajaj Finserv Health App by paying Rs. 15,930 upfront, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Here are the key issues I’ve faced: 1. Delayed Activation: My profile took a month to be activated, but they started my subscription from the payment date, not the activation date. This is highly unfair. 2. Hidden Charges: They did not disclose that 25% of my consultation fees would be deducted as platform charges. This was never communicated properly, nor were the terms and conditions provided upfront. 3. Incorrect Appointment Timings: Despite clearly requesting evening slots (7-10 pm), they set my availability for the mornings, leading to the loss of three consultations. 4. Unreliable Customer Support: The relationship manager assigned to me was unavailable for an extended period, and no one stepped in to assist during this time. 5. Technical Failures: During my first consultation, the platform’s audio and video features failed, forcing me to use a regular phone call. This was embarrassing and unprofessional. I raised all these concerns, but nothing has been resolved yet. I do not recommend this platform to any healthcare professionals. If you value your time and expertise, stay away from Bajaj Finserv Health App.

I find this app very friendly. No more writing down prescriptions. Just type in the app and print your prescription. It also takes care of payments received and payments due, of and from the patient. The technical team is very supportive. Minor problems do come, but the technical team and my relationship manager are quick in redressing matters. Big thanks to Bajaj Finserv Health Doctor for this app.

I have been using this application for the past couple of months and this is the best ever application platform so far that I have used.I had tried almost 6 such teleconsultation applications out of which this is the best. This has unique features such as customising our prescription format, list of drug brands, payment status, prescription status, virtual receptionist, reminders etc., There has been no issues with settlement of payments unlike other applications..This is a doctor friendly app and I have recommended to my colleagues..
