Aveola: 1-on-1 Live Video Chat

I don’t know how to feel about this app. Do I blame the app, do I blame the people or both? I can’t tell if the app is always just glitchy or if some things are done intentionally to force certain behaviors. Sometimes I feel like our communication is not going through to each other. Some features are not working like the free video chat. Actually, neither the Premium or Regular video chat is working because it just shows all my contacts online and ‘in call’ all the time even when they’re offline. And it’s hard to tell who’s real and fake because some are just making money by getting people to send gifts and video chat. Others seem sincere and truly trying to just meet people and make friends, but the app makes that difficult to sustain. It’s frustrating. I’ve started many communications that started good, but usually only lasted a day or two for whatever various reasons. There’s a lot of misunderstandings and it’s hard to fully trust the person you’re talking to. The glitches make it appear that you’re not being honest even though you are. For example, showing you online when you’re not so it looks like you’re ignoring the person. Or showing your status in a call when you’re not, but they think you’re not telling the truth. Communications are often delayed 10 minutes or more or never received essentially killing the conversation. Avatars and pictures aren’t visible, they just disappear randomly. I contacted customer support twice with no reply. I tried for many days to get this app working again but am giving up. I don’t want to delete my account and start over because I’ll lose everything and have no way to establish contact with the ones I’ve met because there’s no way to search a specific person and they even took away some of the search filter tabs making it even more difficult to meet anyone. That’s also glitched now for me only showing a few people and when I try to add them as friend it says “request sent” but it’s not doing anything. I can’t add any new friends now. I gave this app every chance but am very dissatisfied with it.

I had to recently delete my account and get a new one. I lost my status and some credits (understandable), however the app seems to have changed, there aren’t as many options to reach out to new people, I can’t even call people unless they are a friend, but no one ever returns a request. Plus, on the random video chat feature just about every single person hangs up immediately. Still sorta fun, but it isn’t like before

Avril’s is fun where mutual connections can occur! The site is easy to use and user friendly for those who are not quite tech savvy. I’ve had no problems as in technical or site’s functionality. The girls seem genuine and real! No fake pictures or scam artists atleast not yet. The only complaint is that the site is a little pricey but other than that smooth landing! This app is for anyone that is at home board out of their mind and interested in talking with different people, and experiencing different cultures with beautiful young women. If you fall into that category you will have a ball on Aveola!

When it comes to customer appreciation there is NON. I ran into a situation in which the APP banned me because of a credit card from the US was deemed by the APP as a black list credit card. This is card I used daily. I contacted customer support and explained the situation. They told me I was banned and the only thing I could do was to create a new account with a different email. They told me they could give me remaining coins from the old account which were only a few. Then after several emails they offered me only 1,500 tickets (coins) which is nothing compared to how much I spent. They will NOT transfer the level someone has achieved. They expect for the user to start over again no matter if the person is a good customer. BE CAREFUL because there is no appreciation even if the person did not violate the rules or regulations. I DON’T RECOMMEND being part of a community like this.
