No matter where or when I have to go or which branch they’re all so friendly and willing to help my main branch is on the same road as Speedway off of route four and I absolutely love
I’ve been a member of this credit union for over 20 years so I’ve been able to watch the evolution of technology for member banking and I’m not very impressed. This app is clunky to use and difficult to log into. On only one of my series of three iPhones have I been able to save the password so that it will automatically log in to the app. On the website you have to enter your user ID and password on different pages so it’s a multiple step process (for security) that doesn’t make for a quick login. I’m not surprised that the app follows suit. The one thing I have found to be easy and convenient is depositing a check via the app. I’ve not had any trouble doing that, so good job there. I’m going to be switching credit unions now that I’ve discovered this institution does not interface with Plaid and therefore I’m unable to transfer money or make payments directly between my bank accounts and other online accounts. Aurgroup has been a good credit union but their technology offerings have not kept up with the times. If that’s your jam, have at it, but if the institution wants to attract and retain a younger member base there really needs to be more variety and ease with digital banking options.
The app gets right to the point without any extra things to accept. The instant balance feature is neat and unique. The white look makes this app professional and enjoyable to look at. Also, the app doesn't ask for your location or Bluetooth as one of the first things. However, you can use your enable your location to see Aurgroups near you. As with any review I write. I have some comments and ideas for features. First. Please add push notification for when I make transactions in my checking or savings account. Second. Please add a dark mode. My eyes are sensitive to bright white lights, and I would be beyond appreciative if you add this feature. Third. I wasn't notified of my login through my email address. This is concerning for a security perspective. Fourth. Please add the ability to deposit checks through the app. This would make my life easier and more efficient. I will be watching for updates and features as time goes on and update my review accordingly. As a final comment. Acronyms are annoying. The ”CU” at the start of the app is ugly and painful to look at. Overall. Y’all did a fantastic job creating and designing the app. Good job.
