Sharefax Credit Union

Both the Sharefax website and app are terrible. I had my external checking account connected and it randomly stopped showing up before my next payment was due, now I’m going to be late for my payment. I can’t use the “bill pay” option because it doesn’t work, and the option to “pay my loan” I can’t even use because my account number can’t even be found on the freakin app or statements. Now I have to call the bank, which I have done multiple times, just to pay my own bill. I do NOT recommend banking with Sharefax, and I will be refinancing my loan as soon as possible.

Sharefax updated the app available to download Sunday night! It’s Wednesday I still can’t get into my account! I’ve called everyday to the bank they email a request to be called back I never receive a call. I’ve been with Sharefax for over 10 years and this is the worst experience I e ever had with them. Honestly thinking of taking my business elsewhere!

Share Fax decided to upgrade their mobile banking system on Friday over the weekend where no money could be transferred. No money could be taken out except for at the ATM but from the comfort of your home to check your balance and to transfer money. Your client shouldn’t have to be afraid of what’s going on with my account.
