Atlantis Rewards – Gas & Perks

App has been crashing on me for three days. It will open, but crashes as soon as I choose “pay in store” or “pay at pump”. I removed it from my phone and reinstalled; no change. Also I need to re-login nearly every day! The purpose of having an app is so that I don’t constantly have to login. And when it started require 2 factor authentication a few months ago it became more of a headache! My wife and I share an account which makes sense since we have a joint bank account. But now every time I need to login it sends a passcode to her phone!!!! Not exactly convenient when I need gas, or just want to get a cold drink.

Downloaded the app and signed up for fresh pay for the $.25 off per gallon. I didn't realize I would have to login to use it the first time and couldn't remember my password. It let me create a new password and I got the $.25 off and everything was great. Until I went to use it again the next day. Then it didn't recognize my new password and this time the option to change it was not there. After several phone calls and several uninstall/reinstalls, I still can't log in. No one from Support was able to help me. I feel like I've been scammed!

I can’t access my account because theirs no option if you don’t have an old number to reset like a “forgot password etc” what’s going on Atlantis !!!
