At first the app worked just fine. Then 4 months ago, it stopped recording my daily blood pressure— I had to do it manually. Then, about a month ago, it stopped displaying my entered blood pressure. I’ve called tech repeatedly, and they say they’re going to try various fixes. None worked. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, still not working. The app is useless to me — I can’t see or download recent results.
These devices helped me keep my health in check. I can easily monitor my vitals through this app and show my doctor my measurements too!
What a great way to help give my providers more data to provide better healthcare treatment solutions. The devices come ready to use, the app is easy to use and I don’t have to wait on hold with my doctor’s office just to tell them my vitals are within spec. I love the personalized care and knowing someone is watching over me. Great program Athelas!
