Arogga

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order after receiving a message from Arogga that the product was available. After ordering, I was told that the product was actually unavailable. This has happened to me more than twice. I provided screenshots as proof, but the issue still wasn’t resolved properly. On top of that, I’m still waiting for a refund of 162 BDT that is owed to me. Poor inventory management, misleading notifications, and unsatisfactory customer service. If you can’t ensure product availability before confirming orders, you’re wasting customers’ time and trust.

I ordered from Arogga expecting a smooth experience, but it turned out to be a nightmare. I placed my order, made the payment, and waited patiently for the delivery. A few days later, I receive a message that the product is "unavailable"! Seriously? Why list products that you can't deliver in the first place? To make things worse, there was no prior notification or heads-up about the unavailability until I had already paid. Now, I'm stuck waiting for a refund, and their customer support has been slow to respond. This is beyond frustrating. Arogga really needs to get their stock management together. I won’t be shopping here again anytime soon!

No doubt It’s a very very useful app for all. Well organized all the information about any medicine. It’s help me to know what I am taking and for what reason. One thing is missing. A section where I can see all the medicine which I take. I mean a favorite section or tab which would be my favorite medicine. Thanks.
