Amber IT iOS version is very bad. Some time i try to call somebody but i can’t hear any sound on opposite sides. I try again and again But no Sound . This is enough reason for me to uninstalling this apps. Dear amber IT developer- You guys are hold your job in on of the biggest IT company in Bangladesh. Your company have biggest market share in bangladesh. So why you are not able to updating this apps? What’s issue? We want better service from your. Thank you. A phone number like iphone should not be restricted with location . For location verification you can check during login . But always turning on location is kind of headache for iPhone battary health.

The customer service is very poor. In the FAQ they said it’ll take 24 hours to verify you account. But even after 10-12 days your account isn’t verified. Please don’t recharge your account before your account is verified. Otherwise there’s zero chance to get back your money. For a test I recharged 10tk and I think I’ll never get it back or use it what I intended for. AmberIT IP call is a fraud service that pretends to be first IP calling service but in reality it's not. I’ve also called AmberIT customer center to get my problem resolved I’ve waited more 15 minutes on hold and nobody picked my call. I think they’ll never give you a service that they promise. Even if they keep their promise maybe the quality of the service will be one of the worst services in IOS app store.
