I would log in I don’t have a business through Amazon but anyway I logged on and do my number and something went wrong comes up every time. I’m just trying to track my package.
Support team takes hours to reply to my message. Says a driver will come 2-5pm. Driver doesn’t give any notification until 7pm that he’s “coming at 5pm.” How does that make sense? Everyday I have a pickup driver assigned who doesn’t come. I’ve had to cancel many Amazon orders because of this. Also to add one more thing.. the pricing is much better on Pirateship.
I use this app to manage my Amazon Shipping pickups for my business. So far no issues, can set my schedule, see when the trucks are arriving, get notifications if the pickup time changes, etc. Better than using my laptop since I’m usually out on the warehouse floor.
