Hello My name is Khan. Living in Japan. I have something to say. I am very disappointed with amazon due to my recent purchases. Once I bought a mobile case from amazon but it showed delivered on my amazon page but there was no delivery so I make many calls to amazon and then they shipped me same mobile case again. After that 4, 5 days ago i order some items on amazon which 2 was next day delivery and second was after second day delivery i pay the cash in advance and you know what happened same problem it showed that your items delivered but i did not received even i was at home that time when they updated the delivery option. The i was very disappointed so make calls on amazon they check your surroundings so i very checked but there was nothing and after my complaint they send me my deposit back with request we are sorry our company could not make delivery on time. That day i was watching my order details. 2 was showed that your order shipping today and third one was after that day shipping but sudden my 3 items were shipped and i was amazed how it possible that third one which showing on the next day also shipped with them and after that on my page it showed that your package delivered but nothing I received even i was at home then i make call to amazon and i was disappointed and they refund my cash even i didn’t wanted my cash i wanted my order because i needed my things not my money. And yesterday night i order mobile camera lens from amazon lens price was 999 or something about and they charged me 330 for COD and 410 for delivery charges. Delivery charges are about to understand no problem with delivery charges but is COD charges and why they are so high? If we buy on cash we get problems if we get on COD we get charged more money. What should we do? I want to know about my complaint. If amazon serious about us then reply my complaint and listen us and if amazon only need money then no need to reply i will delete my id and that’s it. We want a good service and easy
14/04/2020 After today’s update the amazon app got refreshed with a new UI and it really sucks, buggy and super slow... Not sure what kind of user research you did user experience is totally gone... A better UI is not just how polished it looks it should be how well a user can experience the product and complete his/her goal. The bottom new navigation bar how you prioritized the icons? Why you thought imitation of Facebook style footer work for Amazon store? I feel being cheated for updating to this new UI without any notice when updating to this version... Please clearly mention in every release what you really change, especially major updates like this.... Hope the product manager sees my commend and take enough action!
