Amazon Business: B2B Shopping

Someone decided it was too difficult to flip between accounts on a single app & a business app was needed. Seriously?!? I've been struggling unsuccessfully for 30 minutes to complete the laborious sign in on the business app. Also, I have 1 cell number. Your fantastic new app won't recognize it because it's already used. True!!! That's why it was a breeze to flip between accounts in yesterday's world. It's not necessary to fix something not broken!

I don’t get why they don’t allow us to upgrade to business prime from our phones my phone is what I use all the time for my orders anyway so I don’t even have the app installed on my computer I would order more if I had business prime because regular business is so much more expensive for shipping so I don’t order very much anymore

when a commerce/retail based business does the volume these guys do, and yet still somehow manages to have some of the most responsive and, from my experience at least, genuine eagerness to help customers…well I’m just sayin. They are killin’ it. Keep it up guys! More importantly, though, thank you!
