Fix the the app, it stucks every time you try to make a bet on the pame stoiximan. You take so much money and the app doesn't work properly. Also the daily draw is rigged and 8/10 times gives draw participation. 9 squares to choose and every time this participation.

I created an account to try the Joker app. After depositing 5€ and placing just one ticket, my account was deactivated a few days later with a message saying it was temporarily inactive. There was no email, no prior warning, and no clear reason. My contact info was verified, and I had only used the app once. I assume it’s related to identity verification, but I was never notified or given the chance to respond. I find it confusing that in physical stores, no such checks are required, while the app enforces strict rules without notice. The experience left a negative impression. I would appreciate more transparency and access to my deposit. 1 star — disappointing experience overall.
