I created an account to try the Joker game online. I deposited 5€ via Revolut and placed just **one single ticket**. A few days later, I was suddenly logged out. A message said: **"Your account has been temporarily deactivated."** I received **no email, no warning, no explanation**. My phone number and email were verified — and I had only used the app once. I assume the issue has to do with identity verification. I’ve read that users are expected to upload documents (ID, tax number) within a month. But: - I wasn’t notified about this. - I never refused — but **I also don’t accept** giving personal documents **just to bet 5€**, when I can go to any OPAP store and play **anonymously**. This double standard is absurd. Physical betting requires nothing. Online betting demands over-verification and poor communication. Also, the app has serious design and policy issues — and somehow still shows a 4.8 rating? That’s… suspicious. I don’t want the account back. But I do expect a **proper explanation** and access to the money I deposited. Until OPAP learns to respect users, I’ll stick to physical stores. **1 star. Frustrating and completely unnecessary.**

Although the app offers an option to remember your logins, in reality it never does. Additionally when I can’t remember my logins I try to use the option to create a new password, which astonishingly also doesn’t work most of the time. So I keep coming up with new passwords and it doesn’t accept them as it says they have been used before. Btw, not allowing to reuse old passwords is something I also take an issue with, because I really cannot use something I remember so I’m locked in an endless cycle of having to create multiple new passwords every time I log in (it takes so many efforts until it finally allows you to login) and then of course these are passwords I cannot remember, and then the application doesn’t remember them either.
