Village Cinemas Greece

Whenever I try to add my tickets to apple wallet like all previous movies to date it just crashes. Please fix this.

Even though the app has a pleasant UI, the mere reason for having it installed on your phone, is to quickly show the tickets when going to the cinema or checking the date/time. The application has no feature related to it, you'd have to download the PDF of the tickets and go outside of the app to view it.

Extremely slow. Cannot go back one step but you have to go back only to the home page. Huge movie posters which do not allow you to scroll quickly. Cannot zoom properly to seats. Cannot pay for tickets when booking from a different device because bank’s webpage does not load. It only works from smartphone where the bank app is installed. No apple wallet tickets to download via the application but only through the confirmation email. Go back to the previous app which was practical and user friendly or bring back physical cashiers at your premises. Whoever approved this “upgrade” has never booked tickets at village cinemas before. We have stopped visiting Village Cinemas in Greece because of the awfull “new” booking experience.
