AKESO Health Tracker

I adore AKESO! I have GAD (generalized anxiety disorder), chronic uveitis, and a very busy 4-year-old. So, I have ZERO time for apps that make tracking my health harder than it needs to be. But AKESO is the first one I’ve ever bothered to stick with. I use it every day to track my pain, symptoms, meds, mood, and whatever I’m doing that day. The dashboard charts are seriously beautiful and make it super easy to spot patterns between my stress levels, what I’ve been up to, and when my flares hit. It’s honestly helped me understand my triggers in a way I never have before. The downloadable summary report is great, too! I just show it to my doctor and everything is right there. No more panicking and overthinking while I try to remember symptoms or flares. Also, love that you don’t need to make an account or hand over a bunch of personal info. You just open it and go. Seriously the best tracker out there!

This app has made managing my ADHD meds way less of a headache. My doctor’s been switching things up a lot, and AKESO lets me keep track without having to redo everything each time. I turn reminders on or off, depending on what I’m trying. The symptom and mood tracking is excellent, too. It makes it a lot easier to talk through stuff at appointments.
