AIA eBenefits App

This app is likely the worst one I have used in my life. User experience is infuriating. It keeps logging me out and forgets my credentials, disables my face ID and bombards me with notifications to opt into their stupid emailing list EVERY TIME I USE IT. Yet the core features are designed and executed horribly - try submitting a claim without the app timing you out. This is shameful for AIA

Suddenly there is not option of GP when submitting out pairie to claims ?? Even in old app it is diapered? Why? Only see dental and white coat as two options. No GP, specialist and Paediatric outpatient options when submitting claims. AIA should check fist check before releasing app updates. Or explain in app how to submit for claims for these missing claim types options..
