AI Lab Results Analyzer

This app does not work and charged me even though it said I had a three day trial. I need a refund ASAP. Please contact me and issue my refund.

First I signed up for a plan that was supposed to give me 3 days evaluation period before charging me. It seems I was charged immediately and cancelling during the trial period doesn’t give my money back. Then I tried to upload lab results for tracking and analysts and it locked up each time. The app support link goes to a page not found. I need my money back on this whoever the devs are please issue a refund. This app does not work

The function to upload lab results and/or medical documents doesn’t even work for you to be able to use the AI analyzer☹️ and then when you click app support it says “this page couldn’t be found”
