Aegean Airlines App

Although I have logged in to the app, search for my booked flight is not working. I have to use a laptop or desktop to check in. This is really frustrating to schedule your check in while you are on the go. The above message is a programmatic error with the application services and I was wondering if someone is looking after this. We are 6 people right here and no one cannot check in although we have the appropriate codes, names to proceed. I had the same issue 7 days ago but thankfully I was at home and did the checkin with my laptop. But the app has serious issue. I reported ths error and got back an automated message that it may take up to ten (10) business days and I was laughing, because I knew how to handle this, but what about other people. I am using an iphone 14 Pro max, i am signed in to the app, my schedule or flights looks empty. I hope i could rate with zero for this bad app experience and hope also that Aegean will fix for future passengers.

While some features my be useful: It fails to import the miles & bonus account that is registered in the app!!! When adding a flight. Note it down (as it doesn’t copy it in app) and input later… What is worse, I got a « time sensitive »gate change message but not the « going to be an hour late, the plane is still on another airport » alert that would be ACTUALLY HELPFUL !!! Crappy way to pressure one to hurry up, just to set them up on a « new gate »

This trash app cost me 20€ for changing seats and I never got them back. The button glitched when I paid and they took 20€ twice from my card. I never got it back. Now I tried booking a flight with limited availability only for them to take the money from my card AGAIN and then I received an email that the tickets couldn’t get issued. This was because I redeemed points which I couldn’t after all because Imm not the head of the miles and cash program in our family. If it’s not possible why put the option there? Smart. Now I have to wait for my money back which I know I’m never gonna get unless I call them every day. And of course I’m never gonna find the flights I initially wanted since I don’t have a spare 300€ to buy aegean tickets every 5 minutes because your system cannot function properly. You’re a multibillionaire airline with the worst app available on the market. Every time I’ve used this app only bad things have happened. People do yourselves a favor and never use this app. Terrible.
