I loved this program. It was soooo great. The excercises were super simple to follow and it gave me a great full body workout that I could do at home or at the gym. I loved the WODs at the end of each session and all the sections were innovative, fun and kept me on my toes (pun intended) Highly recommend and I’m going to do it again.
