Bugs in app. Otherwise the products are top tier.
I love the website and have been buying for years. The products are genuine and great quality. The only problem with the app is that i can’t add products to cart or buy using app. Whenever i tap add to cart, it says added to cart & then there is nothing there. Also when i try to view some products that i kept in wishlist and are now out of stock & labeled ‘undefined’, the app crashes. I have to logout or reinstall the app. Then the add to cart option works for some days, then it stops working again. So i have to use website yo buy.

Amazing Service
This app is genuine. Lately, I have been ordering a lot from them and never got disappointed . Their books are good in quality and they provide an amazing service. Also the customer support is so helpful cause they actually listens to your problem and tries wholeheartedly to solve it. I will definitely purchase more books from 99bookstore.
