Love shopping on the Beauty Barn app! 💕 The app is easy to use, the product range is amazing, and ordering is smooth and hassle-free. Great selection of authentic K-beauty products, and the delivery experience has been good too. Definitely recommend it to anyone who loves skincare! ✨

This was my first purchase from beauty barn . I was excited to get my hands on some well awaited products . When I tried to pay through UPI , my money was deducted but the app said it had failed. I emailed and contacted them on WhatsApp . The app said that on Monday they can get back to me . So I called them , they said there’s no payment on their side but if that’s the case I can order again . I was skeptical and I told them I’m not gonna order again if I don’t know that money would be refunded . Come Monday , my messages aren’t going through WhatsApp and I can’t seem to reach them over the phone . They blocked me !! I emailed them , nothing . I messages their instagram page . NOTHING !! It’s a good website but with customer service personell like these who would block their customers . I would never go back to them

There are a lot of products I wanna purchase and those I already use are already in offer. I want to order it from this app but there is always one issue after the other. At first, whenever i open the app, it will only be stuck and the products will not appear so i have to download the app all over again. Second, log in is a must every time and that takes forever to load no matter how good the network is. Third, after so much waiting and searching we will find the products we want. When we go for check out, we are then redirected to cc avenue which again takes forever to load coz I don’t know why. So, by the time other apps like maccaron and nykka have shipped our order, we are still trying very hard to check out on Beauty barn🥵🥵. I don’t know what issue this is but please fix it. I would very much like to order my skincare products from this app. All this time i have only been able to order once successfully. Thank you.
