001 Taxis.

I booked with 001 today to get to a business meeting with a ride scheduled for 14:15 during breakfast. The driver was on the other side of Oxford at the time. At 14:15 I was outside, but the driver was not there, and I saw that he was still at the same address. Now I’ll be late for my meeting. Won’t be using 001 ever again, and will tell everyone else not to use them too!

I’ve tried to add a credit card to my wallet in the app to pay for the taxi service. My credit card is from the US. There is a drop down to choose your country, but every time I select USA, the app automatically reverts back to UK. Thus, my only option is to pay with cash, which is not a modern method.

They do their job at the end, but they also like to take their sweet time before actually coming getting you..
