QwikPark Parking

I had an issue with the charges that had been applied to my account on one specific day. I had not experienced any issues prior to this. So I contacted the customer service team at Quikpark and explained that I had been overcharged for parking. However it came to light that my pass had expired and I should have renewed it. Thankfully Sam read my email and resolved my query to my satisfaction in a professional, prompt and efficient manner. I was very happy with the outcome and how Sam handled my query. Thank you again Sam!

Forgot to review my daily pass and didn’t realise until I had returned home and looked at the receipt email charging me the full rate. I emailed QwikPark explaining my error and asked if would be possible to have the excess refunded. I was expecting to hear from them in about 4-5 days. And I was expecting them to say it wasn’t possible for this reason that reason. I was amazed to receive a response 32 minutes later stating that the refund was no problem and it would processed immediately. Not only that it wasn’t an automated reply but from a real person. So refreshing in this day and age. Brilliant customer service. Worth 6 stars.

Unfortunately in the current age of “service bots” or being endlessly locked in a loop of telephone options it’s a pleasant shock to get unexpected great old fashioned customer service. I messaged the Qwikpark help desk late on Saturday with a technical problem on my account. Resining myself to a long wait, I was pleasantly surprised to get an immediate response from Sam with the tone of the message very “I’m here to help”. Not only did Sam resolve my problem within the hour but generated a partial refund to boot. Amazing service. Now for all those businesses out there who spew out the message “ your custom is important to us” whilst making it nigh on impossible to speak to anybody let alone solve your problem, take note (Barclays in particular). Send all your heads/directors of customer services to Qwikpark who will teach you how to put your customers at the forefront of your businesses where they belong.
