The cars are not in the location the app says, sometimes on the other side of the city as the app doesn’t actually track the car - so you rent a car and show up at a blank space and need to call the company to figure out where the vehicle is - whoever is managing this company needs to be let go - this is insane that this level of incompetence has been allowed to make it to service

Tried using this service 5 times now in Glasgow - terrible service without fail. Two times the car had 0% battery life. This includes once with the old electric cars they were trying to pass off that only had max distance of 40 km and took FOUR hours to charge. Now they’ve updated to some BMW’s and they still can’t seem to figure out how to get their system to work. You got problems - don’t expect them to help you.
