Most bad maids they don’t know how to clean anything. I ordered two maids each one took 2hours and half in one room they left my apartment worse than before . I don’t recommend that app for anyone.

We made a reservation from 3 to 7. They arrived before 3 and claimed no one was there, so we lost the booking. When we asked about it, they responded like robots, repeatedly telling us to read the terms and conditions. They mentioned that the maid could come one hour before or one hour after the scheduled time. Why not just make the time from 2 to 8? It's confusing for the customer and feels like they're trying to take advantage. Not recommended at all. Also, they don’t speak English

PATHETIC!! I’ve got African maids many times but this one MAID (currently at my place) is extremely rude, ill-mannered, slow and absurd. She’s the maid or the queen??? Scolding and shouting at me?? Misbehaving with me when I speak to her as if I’m requesting kindly and not commanding and still she has an attitude wthh??
