I just called Zions Bank customer service, and was told that this is not the replacement for business banking. Delete this app, and download the one that is just titled Zions Bank. Make sure when you open the app you choose the business tab at the top. Your login is the six digit business number with a dash then your user ID. Hope this helps.

This app is awful and looks like a scam. I was hesitant to even use it. I need to access my business accounts and can’t from my phone any more. Super annoying that I can only access them from my computer now. Makes me want to move my business else where. I hope you get this app issue resolved quick, or you’ll lose my business.

Seriously?! You roll out this new and improved business banking and the app won’t work?? Test your app before rolling it out your multi billion dollar company. Couldn’t get it to work on computer but customer service fixed that, they didn’t have a clue about the how to fix the app.
