Incredibly convenient
I never leave app reviews but Zapp is that great. You place an order and it’s at your door (delivered for free) in 20 minutes. It’s a game changer! There are some issues with items being forgetting sometimes but they’re just starting out so not unexpected. They're also very good about giving you bonus credit and whatnot when this happens or they’re running late, etc.

Great Service
We discovered Zapp while quarantining in the UK after arriving from the US. Fast & easy. They forgot 2 items. They quickly brought the forgotten items & gave us a credit for our inconvenience. The gentleman who handled my issue over the phone was friendly & helpful. We will definitely use them again!

What’s not to love?
I am so impressed with Zapp, from the IT department, Customer Solutions department, to their delivery drivers. I had an issue with my address not working and Zapp took care of it immediately. They have a hugely responsive support team for a new business. They have personalized each of my orders and I really feel like everything is done by hand with care rather than mass production. I’m addition to this their delivery times are astounding! Today from the moment I hit send to having the products in hand it took about 15 minutes. I LOVE ZAPP!!
