This product is slow to connect initially. Thou when it does connect it works great. However, it doesn’t keep the setting, not always. Trigger capture always turn’s itself off. I’ll have the video set to FHD and it always reverts back to HD. The led light seems to conflict with the night sensor making the initial turn on bright and clear then a few seconds later dark and unrecognizable images in the dark while the led light is still on. The biggest issues to have the camera to connect when you access the app. You must wait for the app to connect to the device. Then you must manually press some random place on the app’s screen to get it to show an image from the camera. In many cases this means fighting to clear ads that play the moment the app is opened.

The app actually lacks a lot of options, especially phone notifications when triggering an alarm and a way to upgrade the firmware. It needs also to save positions presets as seen in your sister app ftycampro. Btw, the latter app doesn’t log on 4g/5g phone connection and can only used on local wifi, which render your cam product useless, especially without the push notifications.

This is a scam !!! I bought 2 cameras and they don’t work!! I have sent them a 7 emails to refund me with the money. They fist said I can keep the product because they have a problem with their warehouse witch cannot receive back the product and they can only refund me with the 30% , after telling them that is anacceptable to treat customers like , that they sent me another email that they will defund me with the 60% of the total amount within 10 days . They did nothing of that but instead they said something went wrong and that I have to start the return procedure from start . Wasting my time using my money till I give up on their fraud. The App Store should banned them for having an app .,
