I had issues with WiFi and LTE, downloaded the new update and it's running very smooth... in both WiFi and LTE... I still don’t see alarm sensitivity option and still getting false alarms from moving shadows.
Please add sensitivity option to alarm settings...I like the picture snapshot option to see all the alarms by swiping left or right...GOOD update overall

I bought one i configured connevt to wifi and registered i can see my house anywhere study the manual catefully how to install it.
V380 camera can rotate 360degrees with remote control in your phone wherever you are with movement detection and you can record all movemebt, alarm and sound. With NIGHT VISION, you can use your memory card for recording, or your phone if you want remore recording of the incident you can do it also. With reason of alarm capture screenshots with microphone to talk to your visitors or buglars. With playback queried and you can download the files everywhere you are with warning alarm sound you can on and off and with 3 types of phone notification message, sound, vibrate . Very secured apps and a lot more. Nice help and FAQ

The functionality of the app is good enough to meet all my specific requirements for the camera and the footage I collect . Also, the app makes you pay like 5 $ to have cloud storage for 30 days but that’s okay because once u pay the initial charge for storage, you get to collect points for every day u open ur app. After 7 consecutive days you get 3 days free storage space. And if u stay on it you’ll never even have to pay for the storage again! U can use a micro sd but it’s faster watching your footage via the cloud
