I bought these as a gift for my husband who wanted simple cameras for our home and cars. Everything about these cameras is terrible. They don’t stay connected to WiFi. I’ve tried to set the motion detection on it countless times and it won’t save. Every time I log into the app you have to wait to click thru ads to buy the subscription just to see the cameras. I’ll definitely be sending them back. I hope I can get my money refunded. If I could give them 0 stars I would!
This product stinks from the fact that the instructions are printed so small that I couldn’t read them even with the magnifying glass to the fact that when my (Son-n-law) and I finally figured out how to download the app because it wasn’t scanning it kept taking me to the LA Post website it refused to connect and why is it connecting to my Wi-Fi when your commercial said it didn’t need Wi-Fi
Well this was a waste of money. All the parts are here and the camera did charge. The instructions were so small and hard to read even with my magnifier. I tried to connect to my WiFi system but never could. It would have been good to have a 800 number to talk to a technician.
