Nothing was mentioned about having a subscription. I would have purchased something similar from another source

When this was advertised, nothing was said that I had to purchase a subscription to run the camera, so I contacted customer service and still no response from them. I haven’t paid the subscription price yet because I feel that their advertising was false! It should’ve announced that I’m buying a $60 camera and a $50 per year subscription to run the camera, at that point I could have made a better decision or choice! Also there’s lack of customer support doesn’t make me want to buy the subscription fee! Either way I’m NOT pleased with this arrangement and will probably return the camera unfortunately.

I was charged while installing the camera or trying to. I do not want to make weekly or monthly payments. There is nowhere on the app where I can unsubscribe. I want my money back. I can’t even access the camera through the app. I had to use the app for the smart lightbulb. I wish to unsubscribe and get my money back.
