For around 30 bucks and also rechargeable this is a great deal and works well… needs to be recharged in about a month

False advertising scammed me into downloading this app and then purchasing the one year subscription. I quickly realize that this was not the app that I needed for my new home security cameras and canceled the subscription, deleted the app from my phone, and then filed a dispute for a refund through the Apple subscription history. it is now one week later and my claim for a refund has been denied multiple times. This app is a complete scam and was falsely advertise to look exactly like the app that I needed which did not require a paid subscription. very, very shady, and very poor business manner.

When this was advertised, nothing was said that I had to purchase a subscription to run the camera, so I contacted customer service and still no response from them. I haven’t paid the subscription price yet because I feel that their advertising was false! It should’ve announced that I’m buying a $60 camera and a $50 per year subscription to run the camera, at that point I could have made a better decision or choice! Also there’s lack of customer support doesn’t make me want to buy the subscription fee! Either way I’m NOT pleased with this arrangement and will probably return the camera unfortunately.
