I have been following Mary on Instagram since 2011 and always been a yoga fan and have been doing practice on and off since 2011 with back Issues. I have been lagging since 2016 to start Yoga practice but always had a challenge to stick to going to yoga practice everyday. I love this Yoga+ app❤️. She makes the app super navigation friendly! I’ve recommended her to fitness coaches, runners, college students, friends and family! All of them have enjoyed and LOVED her sessions. They even downloaded the app and continue to be inspired! The easy transition of poses have perfectly paired with my school schedule, so I never miss a session. I LOOOOVE Mary and I love this app. She seems like the sweetest soul! I’ve talked with her a few times on Instagram. She always responds if you have a question or comment! This app is amazing. I have been using it since February. My current streak is 176 days and I think the feature of keeping track of your “streak” really helps me to show up every day. I have finally graduated from lifelong beginner to a more advanced level thanks to this app. I am able to commit to an every day yoga practice at home and I don’t miss attending classes at all. Everything about this app makes me smile. The recently added pose guide is such a great tool for beginners, and she just keeps adding more features to the app that make it that much better. I love being able to search for classes using filters such as length of time and which part of the body you want to focus on. She is wonderful at explaining the poses when you’re learning something new. Mary really has a gift when it comes to this! She has some great advanced classes on the app as well.
